Psychotherapy: Also known as talk therapy, is a way to help people with a broad variety of mental illnesses and emotional difficulties. Psychotherapy can help eliminate or control troubling symptoms so a person can function better and can increase well-being and healing.

I counsel my clients on issues like Marital Problems, Couples Conflict, Divorce Recovery, Trauma, Abuse, Grief, Addictions, Chemical Dependency, Codependency, Teen Issues, Bullying, Career Counseling, and Consulting.

About Jeremy J. Lanning

Extensive research has proved that the quality of a counseling service is dependent on the relationship that the counselor creates with the client. Jeremy J. Lanning has extensive clinical experience and well over 10,000 hours of effective counseling sessions. Jeremy creates a counseling environment in which the client feels free to speak about their thoughts, feelings, memories, hopes and fears. Creating a safe, healthy and supportive environment that is free from guilt, shame and judgement is paramount to Jeremy J. Lanning. When he makes an attempt to support his clients in a stressful situation, he understands the emotional difficulty which the client is facing. He encourages the client to tell their story. His immense experience has left him with well rounded corners. He is proud of his diverse work profile and his service of 8 Years Active Duty Military USN and USMC in the Hospital Corps with Honorable Discharge. His educational credentials are a BA in Psychology, BS in Psychology, Masters of Arts in Counseling and Psychotherapy graduated with honors as well as student and professional internships. Jeremy is a Red Cross Volunteer and County Crisis Mental Health Worker. Jeremy has been featured numerous times on nationally syndicated radio programs as a mental health expert on suicide, trauma, and addictions. He is a writer, speaker, and is well read on the topics of philosophy and world religions. He is a State Board Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas.
